Nagashima Spa Land is famous for its 45 wonderful rides, 10 roller coasters, the Aurora Wheel and a giant Ferris wheel that is 90 meters tall and of course the well-known spa. It’s an amusement park that currently holds the record for the highest density of water slides.
This wonderful place started its operation since 1966, and it’s the biggest leisure and entertainment area in Japan. One of the major roller coasters is a wooden ride; they called it the White Cyclone opened in 1995. You can try their Giant Frisbee that spins back and forth, but if you want to be an astronaut for a while, ride the Space Shuttle like one in NASA, and feel the upside-down rotations.
