After flood , now many are looking for an apartment. Just this morning their was a couple who accidentally dropped by here at our office they thought we are the owner of the building where our company is renting too. They are from Marikina and now they don’t want to stay there anymore.
This is what my hubby reminds me when we’re talking about high risk of high rental fees here in Manila. Like one of my friend they are currently searching for a room for rent. We’re afraid rentals will get higher. Condo’s are now IN, many are looking forward to buy and rent condo unit.
